A heated, multimedia gay-marriage discussion spanning YouTube, Twitter and "The Hills" ensued after a Miss USA contestant answered a question about the topic, sparking debates on cable news and even a tweet from Britney Spears. On YouTube, contestant Carrie Prejean's answer was the most-viewed and most-discussed clip Tuesday, with more than one million views and 10, comments. Prejean, who represented California and was named first runner up to Ms. USA winner Kristen Dalton, said that she believed marriage should be between a man and a woman, an answer that visibly displeased judge and gossip blogger Perez Hilton, who fielded the question of whether gay marriage should be allowed in all states. Hilton, who is gay, took to his blog and posted a video in which he says, "She gave the worst answer in pageant history.

But everyone seems to be talking about first runner-up Miss California, who raised eyebrows with her answer to judge Perez Hilton's question and sparked the ire of the self-proclaimed gossip queen. At first, Prejean seemed to trip over her words before giving an answer that drew a mixed reaction from the audience and a look of thinly veiled disgust from Hilton. Miss California wanted to be in the public eye—now the public is getting an eyeful of Miss California. The first of a reputed six racy photos of Carrie Prejean , donning little more than her traditional family values , leaked online yesterday and immediately sparked a new round of calls for the already controversial beauty queen—who claims she was manipulated into posing for the pic when she was underage—to be stripped of her tiara. The photo—showing a topless, pink-underpants-wearing Prejean with her arm strategically placed— first appeared on TheDirty. While only the single photo has been released, the site says there are five more, at least one of which is rumored to show Prejean completely nude.
The email, sent yesterday, refers to the topless photo of her circulating on the Internet. The email reads: "This was when I was 17 years old. I was a minor. It was when I was first getting into the modeling world, being naive, and young. I shouldnt sic have taken the photo of me in my underwear.
