Substitute Gruyere or extra-sharp Cheddar, Clark says. Add the butter and continue to process until the dough forms a ball. In the early hours Monday, police responded to the block of North Fremont Street after a report of an individual acting suspiciously and looking into vehicles, police said. As officers arrived on scene, one suspect, identified as Robert Otero, 24, of Alviso was standing near a dark-colored vehicle that he had just stepped out of. Police said that when Otero saw the officers, he fled on foot. After a short chase, Otero was detained and ultimately placed under arrest. That vehicle was also occupied by Aurora Fernandez, 24, of San Jose. She was also placed under arrest at the scene. During a search of the stolen vehicle, police said they found property belonging to Otero as well as stolen property from other vehicles that were burglarized in the area.
